On my sin, I know 16 SF is needed to maintain SF effectively. When reviewing Wiki, it shows that SF can carry a progression up to 20 Shadow Arts.

I put an extra rune on my armor, which should allow me to be at 17 Shadow Arts. Any thoughts, other than Operator Error, on why Shadow Arts is maxed at 16?

I searched Wiki, and did not find an answer, but might not have ...
